Photography was introduced to me as a kid through the lenses of my dad, stepdad & grandpa’s Canon AE1s, Polaroids, 110s & various family point & shoot cameras.
Ultimately it was a high school photography teacher (hey Mr. Carlson!) that sparked my interest in using a camera as a means of seeing the world around me in a new, more meaningful way.
While portraiture is at the heart of my work, I find myself drawn to beautiful light & lines & compositions in just about any environment.
